How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership with us anytime. All you need to do is follow the simple steps below.

Steps

1. When logged in to your account at app.alayayoga.in hover over your profile image at the top right of your screen.
2. Click ‘Settings’
3. Click ‘Billing info’ at the top right
4. Find the subscription your would like to cancel and click the red ‘cancel’ button
5. Finalise your cancelation by clicking ‘cancel this subscription’

Payment and Refunds

All single class passes and memberships purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used by the person specified at time of purchase.

When purchasing a single class pass or a Membership, you agree to use all classes sold by the expiration date.

Ālaya Yoga cannot guarantee virtual access to an online workshop until full subscription or workshop fee has been received.

Ālaya Yoga has full discretion to offer discounts and concessions to individuals as it sees fit. This does not automatically entitle other client to the same discounts and concessions.

Only one discount offer can be used per purchase. All payments are electronic via payment portal of Stripe. All Credit Cards will be processed in Euros at the time of payment. Ālaya Yoga is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

Monthly Unlimited Online Yoga Membership: first 10 days are completely free, then €14.99 will be automatically deducted from the submitted card after 10 days and for the remaining months on a rolling basis until cancelled.

Refund Policy for Class Passes and Memberships

Monthly Membership is not refundable or transferable between persons.

Medical Cancellations – Refunds or part refunds for online Monthly Membership fee, single class purchases, private classes or online workshop fees can be considered on medical grounds and are assessed at the Discretion of the Manager of Ālaya Yoga whose decision is final. To consider the refund, medical certificate will be emailed to customer-care@alayayogaonline.com.
